Once you have purchased, rented or leased your Xerox office products; Xerographic Business Systems will ensure that the products are delivered and professionally installed at your location. We will coordinate a delivery and installation time that fits into your schedule and will provide ongoing support to respond to any installation needs you may have.

TRAINING
Whether you are interested in just a brief overview of the functionality of your new equipment and office solutions or would like to schedule a complete onsite training session for your entire staff, Xerographic Business Systems will either provide the training or work with Xerox to schedule a session with their product specialists. We will also provide ongoing product overviews and follow-up retraining sessions to ensure that you and your staff are kept up to date on product nuances and enhancements.

BILLING
Since we are an authorized Xerox Sales Agent, all of your products and solutions will be billed directly from Xerox. But, as your local point of contact, we will assist you with any billing questions or issues you may have and will work directly with Xerox to ensure proper billing or to quickly resolve any problems. It is our goal to minimize your downtime and that includes time you would have to spend dealing with billing situations - let us do that work for you!

SERVICE
Xerox offers a complete service package with any product or document management solution you include in your business and Xerographic Business Systems is here to manage your service needs. Whether you are experiencing a system outage or are simply interested in scheduling product maintenance, we will contact Xerox directly on your behalf and will ensure that your service needs are addressed in a timely, efficient manner.
